What's Hamburger?
I got sick of going to tons of different Web sites every day to get my fill of funny/stupid pictures on the Internet, so I wrote this aggregator - it collects content from 24 similar sites (like I Can Has Cheezburger? and FAILBlog.org) and displays everything on one page. I plan to implement filters in the future so you can select which sites' content you want to see here.

Which sites does Hamburger look at?
I Can Has Cheezburger: Cats with captions; one of the original Internet memes.
I Has a Hot Dog: As a ripoff of cat captions, dog captions were introduced.

Why is there an image/video on one of these sites that's not on Hamburger?
Hamburger updates periodically (at 6AM, noon, 6PM, and midnight in the -0600 time zone), so it probably just hasn't been fetched from that site yet. It should show up soon. If it's an old entry, it has probably been deleted - in order to save space and processing power, Hamburger automatically deletes entries that are more than about three days old. If it's recent (but not too recent) and it's still not on Hamburger, then it's likely that Hamburger didn't see it for some reason - if you have the time, send me an e-mail (mjem_at_pacific_dot_net) and tell me which picture is missing and which site it's from.

Why are there a bunch of images from the same site all next to each other?
Either that site posted a bunch of new images at once (not too likely) or something happened that caused Hamburger to be missing all those images - either the site was just added to Hamburger, or the entire list of entries was deleted and rebuilt.

Why do I see the same image twice, on different parts of the page?
Either the image was posted twice on the original site (not likely), or they changed something about the image (its filename, its title, its alt text, etc.), which caused Hamburger to recognize it as a different image. This doesn't seem to happen annoyingly often, though.

A few images didn't load; do I have to reload the whole page?
Nope! Just click on the little icon next to the image number; it should reload only that image.
